Returns and Refunds

At Soldigear, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work, and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Please request any change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After 6 hours, your order may already be in processing or production, so we may not be able to make changes.
  • To request an update, email [email protected] and include your order number and the change you need.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Not eligible for return:

  • Custom/personalized items
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and, when applicable, a return label.

Return shipping

  • We cover return shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
  • For other reasons, we will review your request and handle it case by case.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items (wrong item received)
  • Size or color changes (excluding sale items and custom products)

To request an exchange, email [email protected]. After we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the replacement if approved.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear.
  • A partial refund may apply if the item is returned used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags.
