Returns and Refunds

At Soldigear, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items made with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund policy below explains how we can help.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After this time, your order may already be in production or preparation, so changes may not be possible.
  • To request a change, email [email protected] and include your order number and the update you need.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging.
  • Not eligible for return: custom/personalized items and gift cards.
  • To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. If applicable, we will provide a return label for you to download and print.
  • Return shipping is covered only if the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
  • In other cases, we will review the request and handle it case by case.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or for size/color changes (excluding sale items and custom products).
  • Please contact [email protected] to request an exchange and receive return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the replacement.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of use or are not returned in their original condition.
