Returns and Refunds

At Goalflame, we want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, this policy explains the rules for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You may request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
  • After that time, your order may already be in production, processing, or shipment preparation, which means changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • To request a change or cancellation, please contact [email protected] and include your order number and the details of your request.

Return

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: It must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original tags and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for: Custom or personalized items and gift cards.

How to Request a Return

  • To begin a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions. A prepaid return label will only be provided in eligible cases.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are covered by us only when the item received is:

  • Defective, damaged during transit, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • We may approve an exchange if the item you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
  • We may also support exchanges for size or color changes, depending on product availability. However, this does not apply to sale items or customized items.
  • To request an exchange, please email [email protected]. If approved, we will share the return instructions and explain the next steps. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will arrange the replacement.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually issued within 2 business days.

After the refund has been processed, it may take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted. This may happen if the returned item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is returned without original packaging or tags.
