At Soldigear, our goal is to provide a smooth and pleasant shopping experience-from checkout to delivery. Every order is handled with care, and we keep you updated throughout the process.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: $4.95
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $99
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
- International shipping: Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 10–19 business days (processing + shipping).
Please note: Some items are made-to-order or printed after purchase. During peak seasons or for large orders, processing may take a little longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number within 1–2 business days. You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking system.
Address or Order Changes
Requests to update your shipping address or modify your order must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.
If approved, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for updated processing.
Tracking Number Not Updating
- Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to appear after shipment.
- If your tracking number is still inactive after 3 business days, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
Missing Items
If any part of your order is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it quickly.
Delayed Deliveries
If your package arrives later than the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 2 business days. We will work with the courier to help locate your shipment and address the delay.
