At Goalflame, we are committed to making sure your order is delivered in a safe, timely, and reliable manner. We carefully prepare each package and do our best to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.

We provide Free Shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping time.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will usually be processed on the following business day.
  • During holidays, promotional periods, or times of increased order volume, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 1–2 business days.
  • You may use this tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s website or through the tracking page on our website.

Changes to Shipping Address or Order Details

  • If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to make changes. In some cases, approved updates may require an additional 1–2 business days for handling.
  • Please send your request to [email protected] and include your order number together with the corrected information.

Tracking Delays

  • Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
  • If your tracking number does not show any movement after 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected] so we can look into it for you.

Missing Items

  • If your package arrives with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will investigate the issue and work with you to reach a solution as quickly as possible.

Delayed Delivery

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us within 2 business days after the expected delivery date.
  • Our team will review the shipment status and assist you with the next steps.
