Should your order fall short of expectations for any reason, our return and refund policy is designed to provide a transparent and hassle-free experience.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 6 hours of purchase.
  • After this timeframe, production or order preparation may have already begun, and changes cannot be assured.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, as well as gift cards, are not eligible for return.
  • To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Where applicable, a prepaid return label will be issued for download and printing.
  • Return shipping costs are covered only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Please note that this return policy primarily applies to manufacturing defects or transit-related damage. All other situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, as well as for size or color adjustments (excluding sale and customized items).
  • To proceed, contact our support team to request a prepaid return label.
  • Once the original item has been received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, the refunded amount may take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Partial refunds may be applied if returned items show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
